UMBC is an honors college serving nearly 14000 students in a variety of fields, including STEM, social sciences, and performing arts. Our population include both undergraduates and graduates, commuters and on-campus students. The UMBC Counseling Center is home to psychologists, social workers, and trainees that provide short-term counseling, groups, and mental health promotion outreach. For students that need or want longer-term care to address their mental health concerns, they are referred to an off-campus provider. This is where your services come in.
